INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
The poster boards are ready for presenters from March 3 to March 6. The poster session will be at 2nd floor of Keyaki Kaikan from 13:00 to 14:30. All presenters are required to prepare their posters (9:00 ~ 13:00) and remove them after each session. The paper number is indicated on each panel.
- One panel (80 cm (W) ~ 100 cm (H) in size) is allotted for one presenter. Tapes are provided to mount your posters on the board.
- Each speaker is requested to stand near own poster during the session.
