Passport and Visa

Every foreign visitors entering Japan should possess a valid passport and visa. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have a visa that could be applied to Japanese Embassy or Consulate nearby in their respective country. For further details, please contact Japanese Embassy or Consulate or your travel agent in your country. If you need some documents, e.g. invitation letter, to apply the passport or visa, please feel free to contact the symposium secretariat.
