Important !Accepted paper(s) must be written in Microsoft Word (MS-Word) and submit as attachment file (must be up to 1MB) to Prof. Dr. Satoshi Shioiri by email (shioiri@faculty.chiba-u.jp) or by using on-line registration and paper submission below. The official language in the symposium is English.
Final Manuscript and Symposium Proceeding
The deadline of Final Manuscript (full paper) and Registration Form submission is 31 August 2004. All accepted papers will be published in the symposium proceedings. The guide for authors in Microsoft Word and adobe acrobat format could be downloaded below.

Certificate for Presenter(s)
If the presenter(s) or author(s) need (a) certificate(s), please inform
this matter to the Committee or the contact person above. We will prepare
it(s) and give to the presenter(s) at the registration desk.
Projectors and OHP
The committee prepared PC Projector and OHP in each presentation room. The presenters are recommended to prepare the
presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint format (.ppt). Please bring your own note PC with a standard connector for computer
presentation. In the case that you cannot bring one and you want to use
a computer, we recommend to bring the presentation files on CD-ROM or USB
memory.
